She sent me photos at work after the first clean to insure everything was covered. Her communication is the best I've experienced, from letting me know when she's enroute and when she's done. The week before this review she found evidence of a "visitor" (mouse feces behind a couch) and let me know. The level of cleaning and attention to detail has been excellent, particularly for a renovated older mountain home. After the first clean, I was legitimately "wowed" by the transformation, a level which has been maintained since."
